All our items are made to order, therefore, our delivery times are a little bit longer. It does however guarantee that your order has been specifically made for you. If you have added any special requests for you order, this will be taken into account, simply use “Comments” option at the checkout.
Our turnaround time for orders ( excluding shipping) are as follows:
- Bridal: 10-16 week.
- Custom-made dresses: 3 months
- Children: 4-6 weeks
- Ready To wear ( excl bridal items listed): 4-6 weeks
- Lace fabrics: 14 days
These are estimated delivery times and do not include shipping. Within UK, shipping times vary from next day to 7 days. In Europe, shipping time is between 4-10 days. Outside EU, shipping time vary between 7-20 days depending on the destination.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of despatch, do not include weekends and holidays and are not quaranteed. Minna is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

If you wanted us to use a courier ( DHL/TNT/UPS), there will be an additional charge.
Returns / Exchanges
Although we make every effort to describe each garment as accurately as possible we hope you understand that the unique fabrics and the hand-crafted nature of the garments and accessories mean that there may sometimes be slight variations in the texture or colour of fabrics. If the difference is great, we will notify the client or in disputes will make the changes free of charge.
All our Bridal and Most of the Ready to Wear and accessories are Made to Order. This means that we do not have any extra stock and process all orders as they come. This gives you total control of your order and allows us to make changes as you wish.
We do not give refunds on Made to Order items. You can currently exchange any Made to Order ( unless the item has been altered) item to other product, size or choose a gift voucher. For more information about Made to Order, please read the next section.
To check whether the item you ordered is Made to order, please read the "product details" page before placing an order. If you wish to return a non Made to Order item, you will need to fill our returns form that can be downloaded from here. Enclose it with the unused garment in its original packaging. Returned garment must be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging.
We do not accept any returns on items that have been worn, marked or altered, such as:
- Change of color/trimming/embellishing or fabric, that is different one from our standard range
- Custom-made dress
- Any alterations done, such as shortening the sleeves, length, taking in or out etc...
- Peace or organic silk used
- Any promotional items that we give out are non-refundable.
- All cut fabrics, table clothes, curtain panels and wallpaper are non-refundable.
- We do not give refunds on rushed order charges.
You can exchange, get a full refund or we can issue a credit note for any non Made to order items, as long as we have been notified within 7 days from the date you have received the item and the item has not been worn, is undamaged and in its original packaging.
We recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returned items should be posted to: Minna, 90 Brixton Road, London SW9 6BE.

This option allows you to change the design and make some alterations. Please note that for any bigger changes, fitting may be required. Please note, if we make any alterations to our designs, the item will be non-refundable. If you have any questions, please email us on email@example.com
Minor alterations/changes, no fitting required:
- Sleeve/dress length shortening/adding some length. Please note, there might be a separate charge for added length due to increased cost of fabric needed.
- Changing lining colour/belt/veil. Please note, changing the main fabric will be priced separately according to the fabric price.
- Dress waistline alteration
- Adding custom-made embellishing
- Take in/let our skirt seams
- Take in/let out sleeve seams
- Take in/let our bodice seams
- Custom-made veil, small changes
- Changing colour of the lining/fabric. This not apply to organic or peace silk as this is priced separately.
When making minor alterations we require you to take some measurements. We are happy to help you how to take the most accurate measurements but if you feel unsure, it is always best to find a qualified person to do that. If you can visit our London showroom, we are more than happy to take your measurements. Please read our "Alterations terms and conditions, before choosing the alterations option.
If choosing more than ONE alterations, you will need to choose bigger alterations option!

This option allows any of our standard dresses to be made according to your measurements and add any standard changes such as changing length, adding/taking off a sleeves. If you want to change the design, you must choose our be-spoke option, which will be costed separately. It also includes any alterations and fittings without changing the standard design.
For any other alterations such as requiring pattern changes and combinig different dress styles, the item will be priced up separately.
Alteration terms and conditions
If you have chosen an alterations option, we will do everything we can, to make sure that the dress is done according to your measurement. We check with an adjustable mannequin that has your measurements, that each piece is done correctly before shipment. However, due to nature of delicate fabrics, your dress might still require some small alterations. If you can come and see us in London, we are happy to do the final adjustments. If you are unable to come for a final fitting, we will not be able to do any final adjustments without seeing you, unless this is a straightforward shortening the length of the dress/sleeves. Minna is not liable to pay for any alterations done elsewhere. If you have any questions about this, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow 1,5-3cm variation for hemline length. The fabric will naturally drop few cm during production. We do try to minimise this as much as we can but most of the time it is out of hands.
Minna is not responsible for inaccurate size ordering, or an incorrect size due to a customers change in size during dress production. We are not liable to make any alterations if your measurements have changed and we have not been notified.
Please note, if the measurements have been taken by someone outside Minna, we are not liable to make any alterations/changes to the item.
