How to order

The easiest way to order is online from the Minna website. Simply browse the collection, make your choices and pay online through our secure server. You are also more than welcome to come and see us in our London based studio. Give us a call  on +44 207 587 0887 to book your appointment and we would love to see you! The closest tube is Oval, zone 2, on the Northern line. We are approximately 3 minute walk from the station. Our full address is 90 Brixton road, London SW9 6BE.

If you prefer to pay by cheque please email us and we will send you an order form.Please make cheques payable to Minna and write your home address, cheque card number, expiry date and security number on the back of the card. We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Electron, Delta and American Express. 

Gift card

Once purchased, Minna gift card can only be used for payment in our pop up shops, be spoke order and online. Upon presentation of your card, payment for merchandise in full ( or part if there is insufficient balance will be deducted from your current balance. Your new balance will be show on your receipt every time you make a purchase. This can be used for payment for future purchases. No change will be given.
This card will expire and any balance will be reduced to nil if it is not used for 24 consecutive months. Please use this card as cash.

Delivery

As we are a small company, most of our items are handmade when we receive you order. Therefore, our delivery times are a little bit longer. It does however guarantee that your order has been specifically made for you. If you have added any special requests for you order, this will be taken into account, simply use “Comments” option at the checkout.
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special delivery and require a signature on receipt. Within UK, we aim to ship them items within 5-10 days. With our wedding collection, this might be slightly longer. Outside UK, shipping times vary from 5-20 days. Delivery times for made to order items are the same. 

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of despatch, do not include weekends and holidays and are not quaranteed. Minna is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside our control. We ill do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays 

Non-delivery

If for some reason, you have not received you order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order. Minna is not responsible for any non-delivered items.

Returns

Although we make every effort to describe each garment as accurately as possible we hope you understand that the unique fabrics and the hand-crafted nature of the garments and other products means that there may sometimes be slight variations in the texture of fabrics and the size of garments.

If you are not entirely happy with your order please return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. You need to fill returns form that can be downloaded from here. Enclose it with the unused garment in its original packaging. Returned garment must be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for full refund. 

Please note that made to order items are non-refundable. If the item is not suitable and you wish to return it, we are happy to issue a credit note, gift voucher or you can exchange it to another item or size. 

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part. Returned items should be posted to: Minna, 90 Brixton Road, London SW9 6BE.
