How to order
The easiest way to order is online from the Minna website. Simply browse the collection, make your choices and pay online through our secure server. You are also more than welcome to come and see us in our London studio. The closest tube is Oval, zone 2, on the Northern line. We are approximately 5 minute walk from the station. Our full address is 90 Brixton road, London SW9 6BE.
If you pefer to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to Minna and write your home address, cheque card number, expiry date and security number on the back of the card. We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Electron, Delta and Paypal.
Once purchased, Minna gift card can only be used for payment in our pop up shops, custom order and online. Upon presentation of your card, payment for merchandise in full (or part if there is insufficient balance will be deducted from your current balance). Your new balance will be shown on your receipt every time you make a purchase. This can be used for payment for future purchases. No cash change will be given.
This card will expire and any balance will be reduced to nil if it is not used for 12 consecutive months. Please use this card as cash.
All our items are made to order, therefore, our delivery times are a little bit longer. It does however guarantee that your order has been specifically made for you. Please note, dring the busy months between February and June, our delivery times will be longer so always check with us before placing an order.
Our turnaround time for orders ( excluding shipping) are as follows:
Bridal: 13-16 weeks on average
Accessories: 4-6 weeks on average
Custom-made dresses: 3-5 months
Children: 4-6 weeks
Ready To wear ( excl bridal items listed): 4-6 weeks
Lace fabrics: 14 days
Fabric swatches: We aim to ship within 2 to 4 working days.
These are estimated delivery times and do not include shipping. Within UK, shipping times vary from next day to 7 days. In Europe, shipping time is between 4-10 days. Outside EU, shipping time vary between 7-20 days depending on the destination.

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. The shipping options are shown below. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of despatch, do not include weekends and holidays and are not quaranteed. Minna is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays. You are responsible choosing the most suitable shipping method. For UK orders, we recommend "Next day" delivery for any orders that have high value as this means that the item can be tracked and is insured. We are not responsible if item gets lost during shipment.
First class signed for UK-10 GBP
Next day delivery UK-15 GBP. You MUST choose this for dresses as otherwise your parcel will not be insured!

If you wanted us to use a courier ( DHL/TNT/UPS), there will be an additional charge.
We charge extra for rushed orders and we do not give refunds on this added cost.

Please note, delivery times exclude bank holidays and weekends. If you have a specific time frame you need the item by, please let us know so we can work around it. Rushed order charge is per item. If you wanted to change the item for another size or product, there will be a further rushed charge applied and potential shipping cost. Please check with us if you have any further questions.
If for some reason, you have not received you order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order. Minna is not responsible for any non-delivered items.
Although we make every effort to describe each garment as accurately as possible we hope you understand that the hand-crafted nature of the garments and accessories mean that there may sometimes be slight variations in the texture or colour of fabrics. If the difference is great, we will notify the client or in disputes will make the changes free of charge.
We do not give refunds on any bridal dresses, skirts, tops and cover ups. You can exchange them to another product, size or choose a gift voucher or credit note.
You can currently receive a full refund on all bridal accessories such as veils, headpieces and belts, as long as we have been notified within 7 days from the date you have received the item. Please note, the item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
We do not accept any returns on items that have been worn, marked or altered, such as:
-Change of color/trimming/embellishing or fabric, that is different one from our standard range
-Any alterations done, such as shortening the sleeves, length, taking in or out etc...
-Peace or organic silk used
All cut fabrics, table clothes, curtain panels and wallpaper are non-refundable.
Any issues with our products must be communicated within 24 hours from receiving the item. If the standard size tem you have ordered does not fit or has any faults, we will fix the problem if possible or exchange it to another size or product
For returns, we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returned items should be posted to: Minna, 90 Brixton Road, London SW9 6BE.

If you have made a deposit towards a dress and the fabric has been ordered, this fee is non refundable. If you had paid your dress dress fully but are waiting to have your measurements taken and during this time have had a change of mind, we can give you 50% refund back if the fabric has been ordered. If we have not ordered your fabrics, we can give you 100% refund. Please note, our company policy is to order fabrics immediately when we receive an order. This is because of fluctuating stock/price levels especially during the busy summer months.
Any discounts/offers and promotions we may have cannot be applied to alterations or be-spoke items. Always read the Terms and conditions for that specific offer.
All dresses are made-to-order in UK sizes 8-14. They are not custom made to your measurements and almost always require some alterations to fit perfectly. Alterations are not included on the price in our standard size dresses. For sizing information, we suggest you check our size chart, located as a tab on each item in our shop area. Please note, the measurements are not garment measurements. They are body measurements.
If you are between sizes, we suggest you order the larger size, as a dress can easily be altered down, but rarely altered up. Minna is not responsible for inaccurate size ordering, or an incorrect size due to a customers change in size during dress production.

Please wash and look after your garment as instructed. All our items are dry clean unless otherwise labelled. When you have received your dress, we would advise you against hanging it as this might stretch the delicate fabric. In our experience lying it flat to store it and gently steaming the fabric before use is the best option. Please note that most of our fabrics ( especially Scottish lace ) are very delicate so pay attention when wearing jewellery and carrying handbags. We are not responsible for any damage to the items after they have been shipped.
This option allows you to change the design with some alterations options. Please note that for any bigger changes, fitting may be required. These charges do not apply to finished items. You must discuss about any changes during the fitting and before the dress has been made. Due to a huge amount of work to alter finished product, different charges will apply. Extra Minor alterations:
-Changing the length of the dress/skirt/sleeves. This can be shortening or minor lengthening.
Minor alterations/changes, no fitting included/required, ONE change only:
-Sleeve/dress/lining length shortening/adding some length. Please note, there might be a separate charge for added length due to increased cost of fabric needed.
-Changing lining material/belt/veil. Please note, changing the main fabric will be priced separately according to the fabric price. Our standard lining is polyester. We can also offer silk lining as an option and this will be charged separately. We also have peace silk available.
-Altering neckline, back of the dress,hemline
-Adding custom-made embellishing
-Custom-made veil, small changes
When making minor alterations we require you to take some measurements. We are happy to help you how to take the most accurate measurements but if you feel unsure, it is always best to find a qualified person to do that. If you can visit our London showroom, we are more than happy to take your measurements. Please read our "Alterations terms and conditions, before choosing the alterations option.

Made to measure option
This option allows any of our standard dresses to be made according to your measurements. If you want to change the design, this will be a custom/made dress , which will be costed separately. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org

Alteration terms and conditions
If you have chosen a custom-made alterations option, the dress will be done according to your sepecification. Please note, all further alterations that are not written on the invoice, will be billed separately unless agreed beforehand. If you are unable to come for a final fitting, we check each piece with an adjustable mannequin that has your measurements prior to shipping. However, due to nature of delicate fabrics, your dress might still require some small alterations. If you can come and see us in London, we are happy to do the final adjustments. If you are unable to come for a final fitting, we will not be able to do any final adjustments without seeing you, unless this is a straightforward shortening the length of the dress/sleeves. Minna is not responsible for inaccurate size ordering, or an incorrect size due to a customers change in size during dress production. It is your responsability to provide us correct measurements or order a correct size.
Please allow 1,5-3cm variation for hemline length. The fabric will naturally drop few cm during production. We do try to minimise this as much as we can but most of the time it is out of hands.
Minna is not responsible for inaccurate size orders/measurements due to weight loss/gain. We are not liable to make any alterations if your measurements have changed and we have not been notified.
Please note, if the measurements have been taken by someone outside Minna, we are not liable to make any alterations/changes to the item.
All further alterations, changes and fit of the dress MUST be communicated during the fitting. Any changes that are not communicated 24 hours after the fitting, cannot be taken into account unless agreed by Minna. Any changes beyond that will be billed separately.
All be-spoke dresses require a consultation in our London studio. Our prices start from GBP 1800 for dresses. Be-spoke dresses must be paid in full before we start work. Please read the invoice as this will form a contract between ourselves and the customer and will explain what the price includes. All changes/fit of the dress to the item MUST be communicated during the fitting. Any changes that are not communicated 24 hours after the fitting, cannot be taken into account unless agreed by Minna. All custom-made dresses are non-refundable.

If you require more information about the fabrics we use, please contact us directly. We use high quality polyester lining for our dresses. If you require a silk lining, please inform us. This will come at extra cost and might change the shape and fit of the dress.
Making an appointment
We are happy to see brides from Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm. All our appointments are strictly by appointment only, lasting one hour. It is advisable to book your appointment as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We get booked up very quickly!
We do not accept bookings by email or phone. You can click this link and choose a date and time. You can even leave a message on the booking form if you are looking for a particular item or want to leave us a message about your appointment. This way we can be more prepared for your appointment.
We charge £15 for our appointments. The first one is redeemable against any purchase over £100. The second appointment and onwards are non-refundable.
Please note, we do not refund appointment charges on our Etsy or sample sale items!
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments that are not cancelled within this time frame, wil be non-refundable. You MUST cancel your appointment by calling us on +44207 7353270 as we only catch up on our emails in the morning.
